Machine designed for automatic sharpening of disc, finger, oblique cutters, straight tooth taps with diameters up to 250mm.
Grinder can be additionally equipped with a cooling system and cabin.
The ASP-631F machine is a universal construction, which means it can be additionally equipped with a dividing head for circular saw and a cross feed for sharpening finger joint cutters.
The machine is programmed using a simple and intuitive control panel that allows you to enter basic data necessary in the sharpening process.

The M module is an expansion of the ASP-631F machine. In versions F or PF with a third numerically controlled axis that allow sharpening finger joint cutters. The expansion includesinstallation of a transverse motion on which the dividng head is mounted. You can also program (if necessary) an additional angle trimming.

Grinding machine designed for automatic sharpening of rotary tools with helix line disc, cylindrical and end mills, screw taps along helix line with a diameter up to 250 mm. The machine has 3 numerically controlled axes.
Grinder moves on high-end linear guides, which increases the precision of the sharpening process.
Sharpening process is controlled by an intuitive controller in which all necessary parameters are entered. The control device gives possibility to save up to 60 parameters of the characteristic cutters and all parameters of the last work cycle.
The complete machine includes a stand with cooling system, cabin with lamp.
