The machine is designed for sharpening circular saw blades with straight teeth, alternate, one-sided angular and trapezoidal diameters from 100 to 630 mm. The sharpening process takes place in an automatic cycle.
Grinder can be additionally expanded with the possibility of wet grinding by using a cooling system.
The ASP-631F P machine is an universal machine, which means it can be additionally equipped with a dividing head for straight cutters and light heads.
The machine is programmed using a simple and intuitive control panel that allows you to enter basic data necessary in the sharpening process.

The machine is designed for automatic sharpening of circular saw with straight alternate, one-sided angular, trapezoidal teeth with diameters from 100 to 630 mm (option 800mm). Grinder is equipped with a swinging head that allows you to sharpen both the Tool rake and the application surface (top and face).
The machine moves on high-end linear guides, which increases the precision of the sharpening process.
The sharpening process is controlled by an intuitive controller in which all the necessary parameters of the sharpened tool are entered. It is also possible to define "own saws" with a sequence of up to eight different teeth (for example: 2x alternated tooth, trapezoid or trapeze after trapeze - at different heights).
The complete machine includes a stand with cooling system and cabin with a lamp.

The machine is designed for the automatic sharpening circular saw with straight teeth, alternated, one side slanted, trapezoidal with diameters from 100 to 630 mm . Grinder is equipped with a swinging head that allows you to sharpen both tool rake and the application surface (top nad face).
The machine moves on high-end linear guides, which increases the precision of the sharpening process.
Sharpening process is controlled by an intuitive controller in which you enter all necessary parameters of the sharpened tool.
It is also possible to define "own saws" with a sequence of up to eight different teeth (for example: 2x alternated tooth, trapezoidal - at different heights).
Grinder is additionally equipped with a modern Renishaw measuring probe, which allows you to sharpen circular saws with uneven pitch. The complete machine includes a stand with a cooling system, a cab with a lamp and starter pack.

Automatic grinding machine with a swinging head for sharpening and profiling wood and metal saws with different tooth geometries [including TCT saws] controlled in 5 axes with option of automatic measurement of tooth pitch
Polish technological thought, together with the commitment of our designers, resulted in the emergence of the technologically advanced grinder ASP-631 WL PREMIUM intended for sharpening most of the wood saws available on the market (straight, trapezoidal, alternating, slanted on both sides) with even and uneven tooth pitch. The use of 5 numerically controlled axes allows for automatic positioning of the grinding head relative to the tool axis as well as sharpening and profiling teeth. Machine also allows to remove old and then make new teeth according to the given parameters. The use of the probe allows detection and bypass of broken teeth. Additionally, the machine has the function of automatic grinding wheel contact with the first tooth on the clearance surface.
