Grinding wheels are basic tools gor every tool grinder and have a strategic impact on the quality of tool sharpening. Selection of an appropriate grinding wheel is the basic action for proper operation and longer tool life.

 Selection of an abrasive disc is based on several important parameters such as  type of tool and the material from which it was made.

 We offer grinding wheels:

• Diamond - sharpening carbide tools
• CBN - sharpening of HSS tools

We select grinding wheels according to the type of machine and tool that will be sharpened. 

Examples of grinding wheels application:

Sharpening circular saws: 12A2, 4A2, 12V2, 6AA9*

Sharpening straight cutters and finger joints : 12A2, 4A2, 11A2, 6A2*

End cutters: 14F1, 4A2, 11A2, 4V2*

Sharpening planer heads / planer knives / circular knives: 11A2*

HSS saws (curved tooth saws): 14F1 + 12A2 / 4A2*

* Type of abrasive is selected depending on the material from which the tool is made
