Applicant on behalf of his company accepts that: *

1. Machine tests are not included in the device warranty and all related costs as well as the cost of the service technician during their performance is borne by the customer. Any unsubstantiated calls from the site result in an invoice issued by Lakfam.

2. An unjustified call to the service results in an invoice for all activities performed by the Lakfam service and an additional cost of travel calculated individually.
3. The above costs do not include the cost of spare parts that will be used during work, and the visit and work of the service technician does not have to end with the repair and starting the machine. This does not release the person ordering the service from having to pay for its performance.
